Instructions for Submitting Your Event

Fibromyalgia Network's Events page consists of three main categories: patient-related, research-related, and awareness-related. Please checkmark the category that best describes your event and fill out the form below. Leave blank the entry requests that do not pertain to your event (just "Tab" to the next line). If you have a brochure/flyer for the event, please e-mail the PDF to events@fmnetnews.com or fax a copy to (520) 290-5550 ... this is in addition to filling out the form below. If you have any questions about how to submit your event for posting on our website, please call us toll-free during the week at (800) 853-2929 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., MST.
